Responsibilities- Provide support at the customer service and reception counters.
- Handle documents, payment collection (cash, cheque, online), and sale of books.
- Operate office equipment (NETS/credit card machines, copier, etc.).
- Perform data entry using in-house School Management System.
- Attend to walk-ins, email enquiries, and telephone calls professionally.
- Assist with opening and closing of the office, including meeting/training room setup and AV system preparation.
- Support the team with general administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Minimum GCE O Level and above.
- Excellent phone etiquette and possess good communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle customers efficiently.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
- Preference will be given to candidates who are available immediately or within short notice.
- Working Location : Toa Payoh
- 5-day work week, Mondays to Fridays : 9.00am to 2.00pm
