Responsibilities
  1. Provide support at the customer service and reception counters.
  2. Handle documents, payment collection (cash, cheque, online), and sale of books.
  3. Operate office equipment (NETS/credit card machines, copier, etc.).
  4. Perform data entry using in-house School Management System.
  5. Attend to walk-ins, email enquiries, and telephone calls professionally.
  6. Assist with opening and closing of the office, including meeting/training room setup and AV system preparation.
  7. Support the team with general administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
  1. Minimum GCE O Level and above.
  2. Excellent phone etiquette and possess good communication skills.
  3. Ability to multitask and handle customers efficiently.
  4. Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
  5. Preference will be given to candidates who are available immediately or within short notice.
Other Information
  • Working Location : Toa Payoh
  • 5-day work week, Mondays to Fridays : 9.00am to 2.00pm
