Looking for Clinic Receptionist (Part-time) - Toa Payoh

We are looking for a part time clinic receptionist to work at the front desk, as part of a small team.

Potential candidates should:

• Be friendly and service-oriented
• Be committed and values driven
• Be able to communicate effectively with both patients and staff
• Be able to use (or be willing to use) clinic management software

Primary job scope includes:

• Dispensing medication
• Billing
• Answering phone calls
• Registering and liasing with patients
• Booking appointments

Working hours (4.5 day work week):

Sat: 0830 - 1300

Looking for part-timers with flexible schedules, who can come in on an ad-hoc basis, 2 to 3 times a week.

Salary: From $13/hr (entry level, no experience)
