Job Summary

Support project management teams in coordinating clinical trial projects from initiation to completion. This role involves client communication, documentation, and operational tracking to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate project timelines and track progress to ensure timely delivery
Support project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes
Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication
Monitor inventory, materials, and project requirements
Support system updates and project tracking (e.g. data entry, reporting)
Assist in resolving project issues and invoice discrepancies
Support KPI tracking and project performance reporting
Assist in SOP updates and process improvements

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field
Experience in project coordination / operations is an advantage
