Position title : PROJECT COORDINATOR
Location: Tuas
Working Days: 5 days A Week [need to attend to site problems over the weekend on a need basis ]
Working hours : 8am – 5pm / 9am – 6pm

Salary : depending on experience, from $2.8k - $4.2k

(Travel to site based on reimbursement basis)

Overview:

We are a public-listed company that specialises in the manufacturing of steel prefabricated reinforcement for the construction industry. We are seeking suitably qualified personnel to join our team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Coordinate delivery schedules by verifying and amending orders according to site progress to ensure timely supply
Participate in site discussions to identify and resolve missing items promptly, minimizing project delays
Investigate and resolve site-related errors or problems to maintain workflow continuity
Maintain accurate records of site projects and organize filing systems for efficient document retrieval
Perform additional duties as assigned to support project and operational needs

Job Requirement

Min diploma in Structural/Civil Engineering/ Structural Engineering Design
Proficient in Computer skills, especially in MS Excel
