Project Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects in Singapore.

• Plan and manage resource deployment (manpower and equipment) for projects to ensure safe and smooth operations.
• Ensure all safety procedures, permits, and operational paperwork are completed and submitted on time.
• Identify and help resolve any project-related issues or risks in a timely manner
• Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, including operations teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Supervise and coordinate teams of workers and external vendors to ensure proper upkeep and security of the sites.
• Write and submit reports as and when necessary

• Relevant diploma or degree in Construction Management, Project Management or a related field
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experience in project coordination, project execution, site supervision, or contractor management will be an advantage.
• Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task
• Excellent interpersonal and communication Skills
• Own transportation or valid Class 3 driver's license (company vehicle provided).
