Project Coordinator - Marine Sector

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the marine sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth execution of projects, from planning to delivery, while maintaining compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

• Coordinate and monitor marine-related projects from initiation through to successful completion, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
• Prepare, organize, and manage comprehensive project documentation, schedules, and progress reports to support transparent communication and informed decision-making
• Liaise effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to drive timely delivery of project milestones and proactively resolve issues
• Support procurement and logistics operations by managing customs documentation and ensuring compliance with HS code regulations
• Track and report on project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to maintain operational excellence and financial control
• Identify potential project risks and develop actionable mitigation strategies to sustain project continuity and success

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within the marine or industrial sector
• Knowledge of import/export compliance and marine industry standards
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
• Bilingual skills in English/French or English/Chinese to facilitate cross-border coordination
