Basic $3,500 – $4,000 + AWS

• Key Responsibilities
• Attend and support project meetings
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders such as contractors, clients, and partners
• Assist in conducting progress meetings and follow up on project issues
• Ensure safety procedures and environmental standards are followed at the work site
• Support daily construction activities and site coordination
• Monitor project progress and report updates, risks, and issues to management
• Review manpower usage, timelines, and resource requirements
• Track project performance and identify areas for improvement
• Maintain good working relationships with all site parties to ensure smooth workflow
• Ensure proper documentation and records are maintained
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and cost tracking of projects

• Diploma in Building, Facilities Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent is preferred
• Able to work independently and coordinate tasks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and planning abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage
