We're a fast-growing digital marketing company operating exclusively in the Interior Design industry, and we're looking for a Sales Director to lead, develop, and scale our sales team to the next level.

Location: Hybrid (Singapore-based)
What You'll Be Driving

This is a leadership role first. Your mission is to build a high-performing sales culture where every team member is equipped, motivated, and consistently hitting their targets.

Your core responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop the sales team on a day-to-day basis
Design and deliver structured sales training and onboarding for new hires
Set clear KPIs and hold the team accountable to hitting them
Identify gaps in performance and implement strategies to close them
Work closely with leadership to drive overall revenue growth
Refine and improve the sales process, scripts, and playbooks
Report on team performance, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts
What We're Looking For

You don't need to have "Director" on your current namecard — but you do need to have the mindset of one.

Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead or managerial capacity
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
Strong coaching instincts — you know how to bring out the best in people
Data-driven and organised — you track what matters and act on it
Confident communicator who can rally a team and influence outcomes
Experience in digital marketing, media, or the ID/renovation industry is a plus
