The Sales Director will lead Silverlake’s sales strategy across region, driving revenue growth, market expansion, and adoption of our banking and financial technology solutions. This role will combine strategic leadership with hands-on client engagement, guiding a high-performing sales team and acting as a key business driver in shaping Silverlake’s market presence.

What you will do
  • Generating revenue contribution towards the Company’s annual sales performance by developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet targets and expand market share.
  • Developing and executing regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance the Company’s presence in the banking and financial services sector.
  • Leading, mentoring, and managing a high-performing sales team across markets, providing direction, performance oversight, support, and coaching to ensure consistent results.
  • Retaining direct ownership of key accounts as appointed by the Company, and overseeing all upsell, renewal, upgrade, and change request pipelines to maximise account value.
  • Ensuring net new business development by identifying, pursuing, and securing new client relationships, while maintaining long-term client relationship continuity and retention of existing business.
  • Driving solution-based selling and helping clients understand the value and business impact of the Company’s technology offerings.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key banking and fintech clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborating closely with product, delivery, and consulting teams to ensure seamless solution implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Providing market insights, competitor analysis, and client feedback to inform strategic business decisions and sales planning.
  • Reporting sales performance, forecasts, and key strategic initiatives directly to the CEO and Management.
  • Championing the use of CRM and sales analytics tools to enhance performance, accountability, and insights.
  • Undertaking other duties as may be assigned by the Company from time to time.
  • Undertaking travel if required to support client engagements, business development, industry events, or strategic initiatives.

What you will need
  • Bachelor’s degree inBusiness, Finance, Technology, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years in salesleadership, ideally in banking technology, fintech, or enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing high-value client relationships.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
  • Regional experience and understanding of financial services markets in plus.
  • Solution-selling experience in complex, tech-driven environments.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset with ability to translate market intelligence into actionable initiatives.
  • Willingness to travel when as required (locally / overseas).
