Sales Director - Data Center

We are partnering with our client, a China listed IT Infrastructure company, to identify a high-performing Sales Director to lead sales and business development efforts for liquid cooling solutions. This role will focus on expanding market share through both direct enterprise engagement and channel partnerships across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia
- Identify and pursue large-scale project opportunities, developing clear win strategies
- Execute go-to-market plans across key industries and customer segments
- Develop and manage relationships with key enterprise clients, data center operators, and strategic accounts
- Build and expand channel ecosystem, including distributors, resellers, and system integrators
- Collaborate with partners to strengthen pipeline and accelerate deal closures
- Work closely with product, engineering, and service teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and brand positioning in the region
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Provide actionable insights to support business strategy and product development
Requirements:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B environment
- Experience in data center infrastructure, liquid cooling, HVAC, colocation, or related industries
- Strong ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals
- Existing network with regional clients, partners, and system integrators is advantageous
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially driven with strong negotiation capabilities
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a regional capacity
