We're a fast-growing digital marketing company operating exclusively in the Interior Design industry, and we're looking for a Sales Director to lead, develop, and scale our sales team to the next level.
  • Location: Hybrid (Singapore-based)
  • What You'll Be Driving

This is a leadership role first. Your mission is to build a high-performing sales culture where every team member is equipped, motivated, and consistently hitting their targets.

Your core responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team on a day-to-day basis
  • Design and deliver structured sales training and onboarding for new hires
  • Set clear KPIs and hold the team accountable to hitting them
  • Identify gaps in performance and implement strategies to close them
  • Work closely with leadership to drive overall revenue growth
  • Refine and improve the sales process, scripts, and playbooks
  • Report on team performance, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts
  • What We're Looking For
You don't need to have "Director" on your current namecard — but you do need to have the mindset of one.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead or managerial capacity
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong coaching instincts — you know how to bring out the best in people
  • Data-driven and organised — you track what matters and act on it
  • Confident communicator who can rally a team and influence outcomes
  • Experience in digital marketing, media, or the ID/renovation industry is a plus
