Toa Payoh - Senior Operations Executive (Finance, HR & Administration)

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Senior Operations Executive to oversee and manage Finance, Human Resources, and Administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth business operations, driving process efficiency, and supporting strategic decision-making across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full spectrum of finance operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance to support business growth.

• Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.

• Lead and coordinate daily administrative operations to support all business functions.
• Optimize office management, vendor contracts, and general services.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations management, with strong exposure to Finance, HR, and Admin.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws, financial compliance, and corporate governance.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
