To support our expanding sales activities, we are seeking a motivated Sales Operations Management Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our sales processes run smoothly, efficiently, and effectively.

• Support the Sales Operations Manager in daily operational and administrative tasks.
• Assist with the preparation, tracking, and management of sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts.
• Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to streamline workflows.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and highlight variances to targets.
• Help prepare proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
• Support process improvements to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales team.
• Assist in onboarding and training new sales team members on tools and processes.

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in sales operations, sales support, or administrative coordination preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
