Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Officer/Executive to join our team. This role offers excellent exposure to the logistics and shipping industry, with opportunities to build a stable and rewarding career. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Manage customer enquiries via phone or email related to import shipments, ensuring timely and professional support.
Shipment Coordination: Liaise with overseas branches and local delivery teams to ensure smooth freight arrangements and on-time deliveries.
Documentation: Review and verify shipping documents for accuracy before dispatching to customers.
Billing: Monitor billing flow and pre-check invoices to ensure accuracy before submission.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree holders in any discipline (fresh graduates welcome).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with good coordination abilities.
