Overall Job Purpose
- Assist guests with their enquiries in person, via call and email
- Facilitate the check in process of all VIPs and premium guests
- Manage VIP lounge
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage feedback email correspondence sent to Customer Service;
- Manage feedback hotline;
- Manage onsite guests feedback;
- Meet and greet VIP guests who check in at VIP Lounge;
- Prepare reports pertaining to customer service;
- Perform rotating shift work;
- Rotate to perform counter ticket sales when required;
- Rotate to perform operations duties when required;
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:
- GCE ‘O’ or ‘A’ Levels or its equivalent;
- Minimum 2 yrs of relevant working experience in similar role in customer service;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Pleasant and outgoing disposition;
- Proficient in MS office & Internet.
