Overall Job Purpose
  • Assist guests with their enquiries in person, via call and email
  • Facilitate the check in process of all VIPs and premium guests
  • Manage VIP lounge

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage feedback email correspondence sent to Customer Service;
  • Manage feedback hotline;
  • Manage onsite guests feedback;
  • Meet and greet VIP guests who check in at VIP Lounge;
  • Prepare reports pertaining to customer service;
  • Perform rotating shift work;
  • Rotate to perform counter ticket sales when required;
  • Rotate to perform operations duties when required;
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:

  • GCE ‘O’ or ‘A’ Levels or its equivalent;
  • Minimum 2 yrs of relevant working experience in similar role in customer service;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Pleasant and outgoing disposition;
  • Proficient in MS office & Internet.
