Customer Service Executive/ Officer (Export – Freight Forwarding/ 5D)

Manage export shipments end-to-end, ensuring smooth coordination with customers, shipping lines, and internal teams.

• Handle customer bookings promptly, ensuring accuracy and completeness of shipment details
• Create and maintain export job files, including system data entry and documentation
• Liaise with customers to confirm shipment requirements prior to booking acceptance
• Coordinate bookings with shipping lines or consolidators for both FCL and LCL shipments
• Issue booking confirmations and provide shipment updates to customers
• Arrange trucking and cargo collection when required
• Monitor shipment schedules and inform customers of any delays or changes in vessel details
• Ensure cargo is handled in good condition and report any discrepancies or damages
• Work closely with Sales team on customer bookings and service updates
• Verify vendor invoices and ensure timely closure of shipment files
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned

• Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding (export)
• Familiar with FCL / LCL processes and shipping documentation is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics systems
