Customer Service Executive - 4 months contract (Up to $4,500 Basic Salary)

• Position: Customer Service Executive (4 months contract)
• Well Established Oleochemicals Supplier MNC
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Working Location: Pasir Panjang
• Outpatient Medical Benefits and Dental Benefits Provided
• Duration: 4 months contract

Main Responsibilities:

• To create Sales Order in SAP once sales confirmed by Commercial team.
• To liaise with Planners on cargo readiness and Shipping team on the shipping arrangement for CIF/CFR sales. Customers are updated accordingly with the shipment schedule.
• To follow up with customers for vessel booking on FOB sales.
• To liaise with Shipping team and Finance on LC customers and advance payment customers before sharing the shipment schedule with these customers.
• To prepare the shipping instructions for production and QA with the requirements from customers for cargo preparation and loading.
• To send final shipping documents to customer once vessel departs.
• To gather all information on the complaint received from customer before raising the customer complaint for internal investigation.
• To set up new Customer in SAP.
• To carry out Customer Service survey annually.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in any field, preferably in logistics/supply chain management.
• Have a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Must be proficient in SAP modules.
