Customer Service Executive (Call Centre)

Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Executive to deliver high-quality service in line with premium brand standards.
You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, coordinating technical schedules, and ensuring smooth processing of service reports, quotations, and invoices. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with internal departments to support service excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver excellent customer service aligned with premium brand standards
- Handle inbound calls and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information to both internal and external stakeholders
- Manage and follow up on customer enquiries and feedback
- Coordinate schedules for the Customer Service Technical Team
- Prepare and process service reports, quotations, and invoices
- Monitor and track open service requests to ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with internal departments and provide administrative support when required
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude
- Prior experience in a customer contact centre or call centre environment is preferred
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with good organisational skills
