The Customer Service Executive is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:-
- Handling of all customers' (master/manager/owner or third party) invoicing process.
- Maintain system integrity regarding supply orders
- Financial responsibilities - Review and resolve customer/supplier invoice discrepancies
- Exercise responsibility for accurate and timely performance of all activities
- Assist in managing weekly order status reporting
- Provide administrative support for the Manager and Team Leader
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Working Hours: Tue - Sat 9 AM - 6 PM
Requirements:
- Good spoken and written English
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel)
- Able to work under constant deadline pressure
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
