What you'll be doing?- Handle service requests: You will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, feedback, complaints, and service requests.
- Coordinate deployments: Assess the nature and urgency of reported issues and deploy the appropriate contractor or internal team.
- Ensure quality service: Deliver consistent and courteous customer service, ensuring clear communication on service status and expected response times.
- Maintain system logs: Accurately capture and document all call, email, and case details in the designated system.
- Monitor and follow up: Track open cases and contractor responses to ensure timely resolution and follow up on outstanding cases.
- Adhere to protocols: Strictly follow approved workflows, escalation protocols, data protection requirements, and quality procedures.
- Support continuous improvement: Highlight any recurring issues or process improvement opportunities observed during daily operations.
- Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Customer-oriented mindset: A customer-oriented mindset with good problem-solving ability to handle various service requests.
- Task management: Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritise tasks effectively to meet service standards.
- IT proficiency: Basic IT proficiency and experience with call-logging or CRM systems to efficiently manage case details.
- Calm under pressure: Ability to remain calm, professional, and resilient under pressure to deliver consistent service.
