Systems Analyst (CSS – EDS) x 1

Working hours : Monday - Friday, 8.30am -6pm

Responsibilities:

• Orchestrate seamless digital workflows, automate business processes, and deliver unified user experiences across enterprise platforms.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation processes and integration workflows.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and performance standards.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or its equivalent.
• 5 years+ experience in system design and development.
• 5 years+ of technical experience in IT system support & maintenance.
• Ability to implement IT systems, change requests aligned with best practices, business objectives and SP policies and standards.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Technical skills required include the following:

o RPA using Automation Anywhere

o SharePoint

o Proficiency in .Net, Java, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL

• RPA certification would be an advantage.
