Senior System Analyst / Principal System Analyst (SAP ECC & SAP ISH)

Job Description:

• Perform a techno-functional role with hands-on experience in SAP IS-H and IS-H med.
• Develop and support SAP ABAP applications across IS-H, IS-H med, FI, MM, and system interfaces.
• Lead and support on-site activities including support, enhancements, deployments, and project implementations.
• Evaluate and translate business requirements into system and technical specifications.
• Analyze SAP business processes and recommend appropriate application and system solutions.
• Provide end-to-end user support, including handling user queries and supporting SIT and UAT activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and configuration issues.
• Deliver end-to-end project activities from requirement gathering, analysis, development, testing, to deployment.
• Proactively propose system and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Exposure to SAP FICO and MM modules is an added advantage.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a SAP ABAP Developer with hands-on exposure to SAP IS-H and IS-H med.
• Strong experience in developing SAP Reports, Dialog Programs, Smart Forms, SAP Scripts, Adobe Forms, Web Services (SOAP and REST), Badi enhancements, user exits, screen enhancements, and system interfaces.
• Proven experience in SAP IS-H and IS-H med operations and healthcare business processes. Knowledge of FICO and MM is an advantage.
• Ability to provide timely and effective solutions through in-depth technical and functional analysis of IS-H, MM, and FICO issues.
• Strong team player who is proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
