System Analyst (Banking/App/Infra)

• Understand the implementation, scope and deliverables of the deployment, review the implementation and cutover strategy and work towards executing a successful implementation.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Application teams, SME’s and service providers to meet the change objectives and schedule, and address issues that arise in the change implementation through timely escalation
• Prepare and submit the necessary change requests and requisition for the deployment of infrastructure for the change requests.
• Deploy change requests according to the Bank policies/standards and approved implementation and design
• Manage risks and escalation encountered during change deployment and drive towards resolution
• Achieve target SLA for change implementation and complete deployment as per agreed schedule and plans
• Interface with Infrastructure, Project Management, Application Development team as part of manual change deployments.
• Familiarity with Vulnerability Threat Management (VTM) process with ability to track and report overall VTM schedule and its remediation.
• Knowledge on Middleware components such as JBOSS, APACHE, WebSphere Application server, IHS.
• Support installation , configuration & maintenance for Middleware components.
• UAT Systems & Production GZ support shift based support( 24*7 ).
• Pen test Vulnerability fixes & Support.
• Patch Management for all the platform systems. Addressing critical patches & deployment them with proper plan.
• EOS/EOL upgrades support.

• At least 1-3 years of working experience, preferably in banking environments.
• Expertise in CLI and GUI Change implementations.
• Candidate with operational experience, preferably in support of critical application systems will have an advantage.
• The candidate should have strong knowledge on Open Systems platforms.
• The candidate should have knowledge on delphix application.
• Have good leadership skills in working with application teams and service providers in defining deployment plan, cutover/migration strategy and test plan.
• Have a good understanding of ITIL processes
• Candidate must have good written capabilities and speak and write well.
