Sales Coordinator (Showroom / Customer Service)

• About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our showroom operations. This role combines sales administration and front-facing customer interaction, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both coordination work and engaging with customers.

• Key Responsibilities
• Sales Administration
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and project team on order processing and delivery
• Maintain accurate sales records and documentation
• Follow up on customer orders and ensure timely fulfilment
• Showroom & Customer Engagement
• Attend to walk-in customers and respond to enquiries (in-person, phone, email)
• Introduce and showcase bathroom products (e.g. sanitary ware, fittings, accessories)
• Provide basic product recommendations based on customer needs
• Ensure showroom is well-presented and products are properly displayed
• Requirements
• Diploma / Nitec / Degree in any field
• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination / customer service / retail showroom
• Entry level is welcome to apply as training will be provided
• Ability to articulate and communicate well in English
• Comfortable interacting with customers in a showroom environment
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
