Position : Sales Coordinator
- Location : Henderson
- Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 6.00PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,000 + 14 Days Annual Leave
- Duration : 1 Year Contract (Possibility to extend or convert to Permanent)
- Industry : Cryogenic Equipment
Responsibilities:
- Prepare customer quotations and follow up when required
- Process customer purchase orders and place orders with suppliers
- Confirm order details, including pricing and lead time
- Coordinate shipment arrangements with customers and logistics partners
- Monitor delivery status and ensure timely updates
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales coordination or order processing
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
