Sales Coordinator (Scientific Instruments)

Salary: S$2,500 - S$3,800

Our client designs and manufactures scientific instruments for high-level research and development activities. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing documentation, coordinating with Japan HQ and overseas partners, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness throughout the sales and order fulfillment process.

• Prepare, process, and manage sales orders, quotations, invoices, and related documentation accurately and timely
• Track and follow up on sales order status, delivery schedules, and payment matters
• Liaise closely with Japan HQ, overseas subsidiaries, agents, vendors, and internal teams in Singapore
• Coordinate effectively with Sales, Finance, Service, and Application teams to ensure smooth end-to-end operations
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in all documentation, emails, and records to prevent errors and delays
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including phone support and customer correspondence
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks, sales-related activities, and internal events as required
• Contribute positively to team collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives

• Variable Bonus (Based on individual and company performance)
• Annual Leave: 12 days (2nd year: 14 days, up to 20 days)
• Medical Leave: 14 days

• Minimum O Level/Diploma in Business Administration
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Sales Support or Customer Service handling Letters of Credit, invoicing, and order processing
• Knowledge of Incoterms and export documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Has to be intermediate level)
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders

• Experience in Scientific Instruments related to medical devices
