About the role

We're seeking a dynamic and organised Sales Coordinator to join our team. This full-time role will be responsible for providing sales support and coordinating various sales activities to drive business growth.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Receive and process orders and prepare sales documents such as Sales Order, Invoices, Delivery Order, Packing List, etc.
  • Arranging and monitoring goods delivery with logistics and shipping departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
  • Communicate and liaising with factories and customers for goods order and delivery
  • To ensure all sales documents in accuracy manner
  • Handle payment processing, reconcile payments and liaise with customers for outstanding invoices payment
  • Customer service and communication
  • Manage and maintain sales records and documents in proper manner and ensure compliance
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior/Manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma with minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sales coordinator or administrative support role
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build effective relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, with strong communication and expression skills, and a high sense of responsibility
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines and familiarity with sales reports and sales records
  • Proven track record of providing efficient and reliable sales support
