Job Overview:
The Sales Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting our sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing sales orders, online platforms, and customer inquiries, and assisting in various sales-related tasks.This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Import and Update Sales Orders:
- Accurately input and update sales orders into the company system.
- Ensure the orders are processed promptly and accurately.
- Manage Online Platforms:
- Monitor and manage various online platforms, such as Shopee.
- Ensure product listings and information are up to date and accurately represented.
- Quotations and Sales Reports:
- Assist in creating and providing quotations to customers.
- Generate sales reports to help analyze and track sales performance.
- Customer Enquiries:
- Handle customer inquiries via email and phone calls.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate and liaise with various stakeholders, including the sales team, logistics, and customer support, to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Event Support:
- Assist in the preparation of materials and logistics for events and promotional activities.
- Ensure that all event-related tasks are executed efficiently.
- Ad Hoc Tasks:
- Undertake ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as required to support the sales department and overall business operations.
Requirement/ Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar administrative or sales support role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms.
- Proficiency in English required. Ability to converse in Mandarin would be beneficial to facilitate communication with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
- Able to work on weekends.
- Willing to work in the West, Boon Lay.
