Sales Administrator
Job Responsibilities- Handle customer enquiries professionally, promptly, and efficiently.
- Prepare quotations and provide product recommendations for PPE and general hardware items.
- Process sales orders accurately.
- Generate tax invoices and coordinate delivery schedules effectively.
- Conduct some sales calls and meet corporate customers on an adhoc basis.
- Maintain weekly stock records and inventory updates.
- Assist with general administrative and operational duties as assigned.
- Support daily operations, including picking, packing, and sorting of orders when required.
- Positive attitude with good communication and customer service skills.
- Independent and self directed learner.
- Interest or knowledge in PPE and general hardware products will be an advantage.
- IT Competent and experience with SAP system, MS Excel, Word is preferred.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate availability or able to start work on short notice preferred.
