Job Overview:

The Sales Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting our sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing sales orders, online platforms, and customer inquiries, and assisting in various sales-related tasks.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  1. Import and Update Sales Orders:
  • Accurately input and update sales orders into the company system.
  • Ensure the orders are processed promptly and accurately.
  1. Manage Online Platforms:
  • Monitor and manage various online platforms, such as Shopee.
  • Ensure product listings and information are up to date and accurately represented.
  1. Quotations and Sales Reports:
  • Assist in creating and providing quotations to customers.
  • Generate sales reports to help analyze and track sales performance.
  1. Customer Enquiries:
  • Handle customer inquiries via email and phone calls.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Collaborate and liaise with various stakeholders, including the sales team, logistics, and customer support, to ensure smooth sales operations.
  1. Event Support:
  • Assist in the preparation of materials and logistics for events and promotional activities.
  • Ensure that all event-related tasks are executed efficiently.
  1. Ad Hoc Tasks:
  • Undertake ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as required to support the sales department and overall business operations.

Requirement/ Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative or sales support role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms.
  • Proficiency in English required. Ability to converse in Mandarin would be beneficial to facilitate communication with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
  • Able to work on weekends.
  • Willing to work in the West, Boon Lay.
