Sales Administrator (Maternity Cover - 9 months Contract)

Responsibilities- Ensure availability to support critical billing and reporting activities on the 4th and 5th of each month (off-in-lieu provided if these fall on non-working days), and assist in onboarding customers, including initial setup and billing configuration.
- Provide end-to-end sales administrative support to the business development team, ensuring smooth sales operations and processes.
- Prepare, review, and manage quotations, sales orders, contracts, and related documentation accurately and within timelines.
- Managed cloud billing operations, including subscription setup, usage tracking, invoicing, and billing adjustments.
- Coordinate monthly billing cycles and ensure timely and accurate invoice processing, particularly for recurring and usage-based services.
- Work closely with finance and internal stakeholders to reconcile billing discrepancies, credit notes, and ensure smooth billing fulfilment.
- Maintain accurate customer records in billing systems, including contracts, pricing, and renewal schedules.
- Track sales orders and billing status, providing updates to stakeholders, and supporting reporting (e.g., revenue summaries, outstanding invoices).
- Support contract renewals, subscription extensions, and purchase order validation in alignment with agreements.
- Handle customer billing inquiries and resolve issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, maintain proper documentation/ filing, and support process improvements and regional invoicing activities.
- Candidate must have at least two years of relevant sales admin experience providing support to the sales team.
