Mon to Fri; 7.42am - 5pm- Handle incoming calls, messages, and paging in a timely manner
- Attend to visitors and coordinate meeting room bookings
- Manage mailroom duties (distribution, courier, and dispatch)
- Maintain cleanliness of reception and common areas
- Update display board messages and handle HR-related deliveries
- Raise purchase requests for pantry, stationery, transport, and other supplies
- Track transport costs and ensure proper documentation in the system
- Support general administrative tasks (filing, records, and data updates)
- Maintain staff records (leave, access cards, passes, and claims)
- Report any safety, security, or maintenance issues promptly
- Assist in payroll checks for contract workers
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
