Job scopes:
- Attend to walk-in customers and answer phone enquiries
- Manage appointment bookings and schedule arrangement
- Handle cashiering and payment collection
- Reply customer enquiries through social media and messaging platforms
- Assist in creating and posting social media content/promotions
- Maintain customer records and support daily outlet operations
- Prior experience in customer service or receptionist role, preferably in high-end beauty / salon industry.
