You will be outsourced to:

✨ Position: Receptionist (1-Year Contract, Renewable)

  • Location: Jalan Ahmad Ibrahim (Transport Provided)
⏰ Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:42am – 5:00pm
  • Salary: Up to $3,000/month

  • Job Scope
Provide front desk reception and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls, take messages, and attend to walk-in visitors
  • Manage meeting room bookings and maintain reception area
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and coordinate courier services
  • Update display boards and support HR-related deliveries
  • Raise purchase requests for pantry items, stationery, and office supplies
  • Maintain transport records and process system requests (PRs)
  • Support general administrative duties (filing, data entry, billing records)
  • Assist with staff records, passes, and basic payroll coordination
  • Arrange courier services and handle insurance claim collection
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
✅ Requirements
  • Prior receptionist or administrative experience is an advantage
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Well-organised, responsible, and detail-oriented
  • Positive attitude with strong customer service mindset
