Job Responsibilities:

  1. Handle reception duties, incoming calls, visitors, and meeting room reservations.
  2. Manage mail distribution, courier arrangements, and reception area upkeep.
  3. Raise purchase requisitions for pantry supplies, stationery, copier paper, and other operational needs through the Ariba system.
  4. Maintain administrative records, billing updates, staff access cards, and courier documentation.
  5. Support payroll verification, filing of leave applications/medical certificates, and general administrative duties.
  6. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum Nitec / Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline.
  2. Prior administrative or receptionist experience preferred.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  4. Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  5. Positive attitude and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Singaporean Only
