Are you a commercially driven sales leader with a passion for premium brands and regional growth? We are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to spearhead business expansion across Southeast Asia, with a strong focus on the Thailand market.
This is a high-impact role where you will shape market entry strategies, strengthen distributor partnerships, and drive revenue performance across mono-brand and multi-brand retail channels.
What You’ll Drive
Regional Growth & Market Expansion- Identify and develop new business opportunities, partners, and channels across SEA
- Lead new market entry initiatives and oversee store openings
- Develop detailed business plans including projections, investments, and ROI analysis
- Build and strengthen relationships with distributors and online partners
- Conduct regular performance reviews and business planning sessions
- Oversee forecasting, pricing discipline, and inventory health
- Execute annual SWOT analyses and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Maximise revenue and sales efficiency across all channels
- Ensure retail excellence, visual merchandising standards, and strong online presence
- Implement tactical promotions to optimise product mix and sell-through
- Ensure accurate reporting and timely submission of monthly performance metrics
- Support regional activations and brand events
- Ensure flawless execution of global campaigns and marketing assets
- Collaborate on in-store programmes to enhance traffic, conversion, and brand equity
- Provide ongoing market intelligence and competitive insights
- Lead and develop a small team (1–2 members) with clarity, accountability, and strong execution standards
- 5 years’ experience in channel management and retail sales, ideally across multiple markets
- Experience in luxury, premium, or high-end consumer goods/technology sectors preferred
- Proven track record of delivering consistent business growth
- Confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Excel and Power BI
- Passion for premium lifestyle, technology, design, art, or cultural sectors
