Regional Sales Manager is to manage the business within mining, tunneling and rock excavation.
The Opportunity:
- Work Hours: Mon to Fri
- $8,000 - $11,000 Basic + 15% Bonus
Adecco is partnering with a Global Leader in Mining, Tunneling and Rock Excavation
The Job:
- Drive business growth across mining, tunnelling and construction sites by identifying opportunities, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence.
- Provide technical sales support including underground site visits, pull testing, installation audits, product demonstrations and end-user training to ensure optimal product performance and compliance.
- Develop and execute territory action plans aligned with annual sales strategy, leveraging market intelligence, competitor analysis and sales data to achieve revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with engineering, operations and procurement stakeholders while preparing quotations, reports and forecasts through ERP and internal systems.
The Talent:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Technical or Business
- 3 - 5 years of sales experience in mining, tunneling, rock excavation, underground or relevant industry
