Regional Sales Manager (Luxury/ Camera)_ Up till $8000 + monthly comms + VB

• Working Location: South Beach Quarter
• Working Days: 5 Days work week, Monday to Friday
• Working Timings: 9am to 6pm
• 80% Hunter & 20% Farmer

Job Scope:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Southeast Asia, including new partners, channels and markets
• Lead market entry and store expansion projects (mono-brand and multi-brand)
• Build business plans with sales forecasts, investment and ROI projections
• Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, retail partners and online platforms
• Drive sales performance and revenue growth across all channels
• Oversee forecasting, pricing, inventory planning and partner performance
• Conduct regular business reviews and implement action plans to improve results
• Perform SWOT analysis for existing POS and develop sales strategies
• Ensure visual merchandising and online brand presence meet company standards
• Work closely with Head of Sales on regional initiatives, events and campaigns
• Coordinate product, brand and sales training for partner stores
• Plan and execute tactical promotions to improve sales and stock movement
• Ensure timely submission of monthly sales and performance reports
• Provide market insights, competitor analysis and feedback to management
• Spend time in-store to monitor operations and support partners on the ground
• Lead and manage a small regional sales team (1–2 staff)

Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in channel management and retail sales, preferably across multiple markets or regions.
• Experience in the luxury, premium, or high-end consumer goods or technology sectors is an advantage.
