Regional Sales Manager, Hospitality Technology

We are hiring a mid-level Regional Sales Manager to grow our Hospitality Business Unit across Southeast Asia, with primary coverage of Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines. You will drive new business and expansion with hotels and hotel groups, selling hospitality technology solutions with a primary focus on:
- HSIA (Hotel Internet Access / Guest Wi-Fi / Network Access & Authentication)
- IPTV / In-room entertainment
Secondary exposure to PMS and other hotel technologies/integrations is beneficial, but HSIA + IPTV sales experience is essential.
This is a hands-on role blending:
- Direct canvassing and engagement with hotel groups / multi-property accounts, and
- Channel management to scale pipeline and wins through SIs, MSPs, distributors, and VARs.
- Own revenue growth and sales targets across SEA (SG/MY/ID/PH) for hospitality technology solutions (primarily HSIA & IPTV)
- Develop and execute territory plans: prioritize hotel groups/chains, ownership entities, and high-potential independent hotels
- Proactively canvass and engage hotel groups and multi-property accounts; map stakeholders, buying cycles, and drive chain-wide standardization opportunities
- Build and maintain senior relationships with key stakeholders (Hotel GMs, IT Managers/Directors, Owners, Asset Managers, Procurement, Brand/Regional IT)
- Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solutioning, proposal, negotiation, closing, and expansion
- Establish and maintain a qualified pipeline and provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly forecasts; keep CRM/prospect funnel rigorously updated
- Build and manage channel and ecosystem partners (system integrators, hospitality IT providers/MSPs, distributors, VARs, consultants) to generate and close partner-led opportunities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners where coverage is needed (especially ID/PH); run enablement, joint planning, and pipeline/deal reviews
- Prepare and deliver customer/partner presentations, pricing, and promotional proposals; coordinate demos and technical workshops with pre-sales/engineering as needed
- Analyze market trends and competitor moves; translate insights into sales plays, campaigns, and vertical messaging
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Product, Marketing, Operations, Support) to improve solution fit, sales enablement, and customer outcomes
Recognize and acquire strategic business opportunities such as multi-property agreements, chain-wide rollouts, and partner-led managed service opportunities
Requirements (Must Have)- 3–6+ years of B2B sales experience in hospitality technology
- Proven experience selling HSIA and IPTV solutions to hotels/hotel groups (primary requirement)
- Existing relationships with hotel groups/brands and/or hospitality ecosystem partners in SEA (e.g., SIs/MSPs, hospitality IT providers, distributors/VARs, consultants)
- Track record engaging hotel stakeholders across business and technical functions (GM, Hotel IT, Cluster/Regional IT, Owners/Asset Managers, Procurement)
- Experience managing and selling through channels/partners (SIs/MSPs/distributors/VARs), including pipeline/forecast ownership
- Strong consultative selling and commercial skills: discovery, solution mapping, proposal building, negotiation, and closing
- Ability to manage multi-country territory execution with minimal supervision; strong time management and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel within SEA as required
- Demonstrated track record carrying quota and closing deals across multiple SEA countries, especially Indonesia and/or the Philippines (local procurement/partner ecosystem familiarity)
- Secondary experience with PMS and adjacent hotel systems/integrations (e.g., guest engagement platforms, middleware)
- Familiarity with chain procurement/standardization processes and multi-property rollout cycles
- Comfortable with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms
