Job Description
  • Process applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and procedures.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and documentation management.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in transmitting necessary information.
  • Maintain and update records, spreadsheets to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Business or a related field preferred. Candidates with relevant experience in administrative or operational support are also welcome to apply.
  • Must be able to commit for the duration of the assignment
  • Proficiency in using office software and applications, including MS Office suit.
  • Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues and external parties.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks and processing applications.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
