Administrative Support (3 months contract) | IMMEDIATE HIRING
- 3 months contract, extendable based on work performance. Starting from August 2025 till end January 2026
- Working hours: Mon to Thur
- 8.30am to 6pm, Fri
- 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Location: Novena
- Handle enquiries and assess appeals.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing data entry and document management.
- Carry out general administrative tasks to support smooth operation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and task completion
- Diploma in Business or a related field preferred. Candidates with relevant experience in administrative or operational support are also welcome to apply.
- Ability to effectively communicate with individuals through correspondences and respond to enquiries and appeals professionally.
- Meticulous and reliable, with the ability to make sound judgements. Able to meet tight deadlines.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience with data entry and basic office software (e.g. Microsoft Office)
