About the Role: We’re on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts and Administrative Assistant to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone eager to kickstart their career in a dynamic and supportive office environment, with plenty of room to learn and grow.

What You’ll Do:

Accounts and Admin Responsibilities – 80%
  • Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including invoices, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliation
  • Generate quotations and invoices for customers
  • Follow up on customer payments to ensure timely collection
  • Handle staff claims and petty cash floats.
  • Process worker payroll accurately and on time
  • Handle administrative tasks, including accurate data entry for customers, packages, and sales
  • Administrative work as tasked
Sales Responsibilities – 20%
  • Actively follow up on maintenance leads provided to you
  • Explain packages clearly to potential customers
  • Actively bring in sales to the company

We’re Looking For:

  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to converse in both English and Mandarin
  • Basic computer skills (Google Suite i.e., Sheets, Slides etc.)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
