Business Development Assistant

Job Description:

• Assist in the development of new brand, outlets expansion and marketing strategies
• Support in writing new business proposals
• Monitor and keep track lease contract expiry for renewal
• Coordinate with main contractor for new outlets renovation works
• Assist submission of documentation to contractor and authority
• Handle all payment with accounts and recording
• Manage all documents filing
• Update products information at online delivery platform eg. GrabFood, Foodpanda, Deliveroo, Redmart.
• Assist and take on any other responsibility as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ /Professional Certificate/NITEC in Marketing / Business Management studies or equivalent.
• At least 2 of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Words, Powerpoint)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
• Highly organized and good time-management abilities.
