Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Regional Business Development Executive / Manager to support the company’s business growth and regional expansion initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth within the IT industry.
This role is ideal for individuals who are proactive, sales-driven, and eager to grow their career in regional business development and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and prospective customers.
- Support regional business development initiatives and market expansion efforts across ASEAN markets.
- Generate and manage sales pipelines to achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and follow-ups with clients to drive business opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Maintain regular updates on sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer feedback.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
- Support management in achieving overall company growth objectives.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 1–5 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or related functions.
- Experience in IT products, services, or technology-related industries will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willing to travel for client meetings and regional business opportunities when required.
- Candidates who can start immediately or within short notice will have an added advantage.
- Title and responsibilities will be commensurate with candidate’s experience and capabilities.
