Job Description:

  • Draft employment contracts, confirmation letters, and HR certifications.
  • Update and audit employee digital and physical files.
  • Consolidate timekeeping data, attendance logs, and leave records for processing.
  • Process leaves applications and calculates "in lieu" credits for holiday shifts.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in HR or Business Admin.
  • Min. 1 year experience as HR Assistant
  • Basic understanding of payroll deductions and leave credits.
  • High accuracy and confidentiality with employee data.
