Job Scope

Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipment inquiries, order status, and

delivery timelines.

Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions in a professional and timely manner.
Monitor and manage the end-to-end logistics process, including order entry, tracking, invoicing

and confirmation.

Ensure that customer orders are processed accurately and within the expected timeline.
Work closely with warehouse, transportation, and 3PL to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
Communicate with carriers and freight providers to resolve any issues related to shipments, such as

delays or damages.

Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping documents, invoices, and customs clearance papers as required.
Generate regular reports on delivery performance, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.
Identify potential bottlenecks in the supply chain and propose corrective actions.
Other ad-hoc duties as requested by Reporting Officer

Requirements

Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business Administration/Finance and above.
Able to work 5.5 days work week.
Mininum 2 years working experience in transport distribution or first/last mile delivery operations.
Good PC skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
Experience in CRM
Familiar with Singapore traffic rules and regulations
Candidates who can start work immediately or on short notice will have an added advantage.
