The Position
We are looking for 2x committed Customer Service Executives to join our vibrant automotive team. Training provided!
Responsibilities- Customer Interaction
- Assist clients with inquiries, appointments, and seamless post-accident assistance
- Coordinate with insurance companies on survey schedules
- Work closely with internal teams to meet customer needs efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer records and provide timely follow-ups
- Exhibit strong attention to detail with a customer-first attitude
- Administrative Duties
- Ensure timely filing of accident reports
- Prepare notices for insurance companies
- Manage email correspondences
- Maintain and update the client database
- Perform other related administrative tasks as assigned
- GCE “N”/“O” Level, ITE, or Diploma holders (Those without formal education but with the right experience and attitude are welcome to apply)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in MS Office
- Meticulous with details
- 5 Alternate Saturday upon confirmation
- Salary: Up to $3,200, depending on attitude, experience, and qualifications
