We are looking for a customer-oriented and proactive Customer Service Executive to be the face of our centre and ensure a positive experience for our students and parents.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all walk-in customers, parents, and students.
- Attend to enquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information on our courses, schedules, and programmes.
- Effectively converse in both English and Mandarin to liaise with a diverse range of clients.
- Manage student registration and process course fee payments accurately.
- Provide essential administrative support to our teaching staff, including the preparation of materials and attendance tracking.
- Maintain the front desk and general environment of the centre, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming.
- Perform general administrative duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the centre.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be bilingual and able to converse fluently in both English and Mandarin to communicate with our Mandarin-speaking students and parents.
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or administrative roles is highly advantageous.
- A friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as a collaborative team member.
Working Hours:
- This is a full-time position based on a 5-day work week.
- Applicants must be willing to work on both weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- The role requires working on a rotating shift schedule, with weekday shifts ending at 9:30 PM.
