HR Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for an HR Analyst to support our People Services operations across Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand. Working closely with our Dubai-based People Services Hub, you will step in as the primary HR focal point for the Singapore market.

• Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, making sure we stay compliant with local labor laws and company policies.
• Handle HR master data and payroll entries accurately and confidentially.
• Provide day-to-day HR transactional support, ensuring we meet our Service Level Agreements and turnaround times.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and other key stakeholders to share information and improve how we deliver HR services.
• Use HR systems and case management tools to streamline our processes and keep things running efficiently.

• 2 to 3 years of HR Generalist experience. A background in a Shared Services environment is a big plus.
• Hands-on experience using SAP SuccessFactors, SAP ECC/HCM, or similar HR systems.
• Comfortable working with data for basic HR reporting and performance metrics.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, able to juggle multiple tasks accurately in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Solid problem-solving skills, emotional intelligence, and a genuine customer-service mindset.
